Projection Screens; Projector "Throws"

Well, I'm getting a new projector and my 48 inch screen just won't hack
it, anymore... never did, really.
So I come to the assembled expertise of the list with a few questions...
A 70 inch screen seems to be the largest lenticular screen available...
does anyone know of a larger one?
Bill Duggan indicates that subsequent to NSA getting its 7x21 foot
screen, six feet is the widest silver lenticular screen material
manufactured.
I would consider splicing screen material on a rigid backing to get a
wider screen if unable to get a six foot run in say, a 12 foot length... does
anyone have tips on making the splice "invisible?"
Does anyone have the formula for projected height, in inches, with
variables of 35mm projector lens focal length and distance from screen to
projector?
Or even one solution, if changes are proportional... e.g. "an 85mm lens
at 20 feet will fill a 70 inch screen vertically."
If I open all the doors and break up the smooching in the bedroom :=), I
can get a throw of 60 feet.
Much easier than the other task of convincing the spouse of the interior
decorating possibilities of the rigid 6x12 foot screen in the living room!
Thanx for the help...
