It's entirely possible. I haven't seen the Universal-8 prints (which is what we
were talking about) in 15-20 years. However, I do remember them producing really
effective stereo at that time, and in the ones I saw recently the red was so
dominant that much of the effect was lost. (On the other hand, I don't remember
Columbia's Mad Magician 8mm prints being very good stereo. Maybe it's just
me?!?)
