Hyperfocal question

Does anyone know what the standard COC (circle of confusion)
number that is used to calculate the hyperfocal distance for
medium format cameras.
My Realist 3.5 appears to use 0.033 mm (which gives H = 11 ft
at f11, like on the lens cover hyperfocal chart). My
two Ricohflex's appear to use 0.08 mm (which gives H = 16 ft
at f16, matching the DOF markings on the lens barrel).
Do all MF's use the same COC value or does it depend on
format (645, 6x6, 6x7 etc)?
Thanks in advance - Greg E.
