To make a power cord for the Stereomatic 500, go to the hardware store
and get a _heavy-duty_ (10 amp) extension cord of the desired length.
The cord you get should be one with a stiff, but not completely hard,
molded body on the plug - one that you can cut with a knife.
Take it home and cut off everything that won't fit into the cylindrical
recess for the projector's power cord. Don't plug it in the wall until
yourself.finished modifying it. In short, don't electrocute (or cut)
If you can't find a suitable cord, or if you aren't comfortable carving
on it, e-mail me and I'll fix one for you and mail it to you.
