Hadn't heard about anything, but I can answer part of this. There WILL
be "@" stickers available at the Registration Desk for NSA '96. How
can I say this with such assurance? I'm the Registrar (oooh, aaah) for
the event and I know where that key is on the keyboard. I can make up
a few hundred in next to no time. Consider it done. As far as a
meeting, that will have to be up to one of you to arrange. There aren't
any meeting rooms reserved by the NSA, so maybe a casual, come-and-go
as you please gathering in one of the common areas of the hotel. That
way when the fights begin there's room to manuever. "You said...",
"No I didn't, what I really said was....", "Yeah, well you're wrong
anyhow...", "No, neither of you is right...", "Hey, you spelled
"anamorphic parallax" wrong...", "Collector!", "User!", "Dealer!",
"Seven-perf!", "Five-perf!", "Beamsplitter!", "Image Splitter!" etc.
What fun. (I heard that some members might be carrying BRICKS for this
fight!)

Me too.

Do you really want to let them get that close? What's the sense of
being able to spot one of them from across the room if you're not going
to use the time to escape?

Oh. That explains it.
