Camera's and 3D-Prints

Some more questions I have:
1. Is there any 3D camera, besides the Loreo or beam-splitter
    for SLR, that produces side by side pitures on ONE 35mm 
    frame?
2. Is there any 3D camera that uses one whole frame for the left
    eye and another whole frame for the right eye view? Think of 
    scenic shots!
