Thanks, John (any everybody else who responded to my missing-issue query) for 
the good info!
I suppose that's what I get for being a cheapskate; my third class mail 
sitting in some damp post office basement for a month.  :-)

Hmm, an opportunity! ... somebody could make a few dollars by photocopying the 
first-class ads and selling them for a buck to us 3rd class subscribers.
Or how about putting them up online at a website...
