Need Help on Realist Repair source.

I just purchased a Realist 3.5, SN 9372, at a local swap meet. It is in 
excellent condition but could use tune up. I plan on making this my primary 
camera so I would like to have confidence in all its features right from the 
start. I would like anyone's recommendations and/or testimonials on the
following questions.

1. Who would be a good choice to do a camera tuned up on it,( clean and time 
shutters shutters, clean the internal elements of the lenses, check and adjust 
focusing)?. How much should I expect to pay?

2. Considering the serial number and my assumption that it is in original 
condition, are there any modifications that anyone would recommend. I have heard 
the winding catch/ can be modified to improve performance. How exactly would 
modifying this feature benefit me? Is this worth doing? How much should I expect 
to pay? Who would be my best choice?

3. I want to use a standard flash unit. Any recommendations on an adapter or 
someone who will modify the camera's flash shoe in a tasteful manner. Can a 
standard flash be modified to fit the shoe and if yes, how did you go about it?
