If you can live with their content restrictions (basically no commercial,
pornographic, or hate content) then the folks at www.geocities.com will
support a free homepage, and you can post the thing (and we can all see it
via the magic Web!).  Be careful about copyright, too.

You'll need to deal with ftp and some slightly odd conventions, and also DIY
much of the HTML.  If you can't make sense of this sentence you may be SOL
(IMHO) until you can.  I don't talk like this in real life.
