Doubtful.  Henderson is a town that's growing so fast it's an understatement
to call it a "boomtown".  They've a seemingly constant stream of massive growth
that probably won't stop until Lake Mead runs out of water.  :-)

I can't imagine they'd have any trouble finding a new tenant.
