Bob that is perfect Sunny16 (if you could get Weston8/ASA10/GE12 film to 
fit!)   1/60 f/6.3 was the standard Leica setting for Kodachrome then.
Realist uses 1/50 f/6.3 for their shutter marking. Of course 1/60 f/6.3 
becomes 1/30 f/9 or 1/15 f/12.5 or 1/8 f/18 which is nearly 1/10 f/16.
Thus for ASA10 it is the film speed at f/16. BobH
(By the way Kodachrome was fast compared to Perutz Pergrano at 6 a b&w 
film.)
