I just had a look at DIN 4531, issue 4/82. This is what's listed for 6 x 13:

Nominal Size:			6 x 13
Outside Dimensions:		60 x 130 mm
Outside Dimensions (max.):	63 x 130.8 mm
Image size (nominal):		60 x 60 mm
Effective size (max) per Image:	54 x 54 mm
frame orientation:		square
image separation:		62 mm
