Sorry to be so slow responding. It was not due to lack of interest.
Rather, I was on vacation ("holiday" to our English speakers).
What is the standard infinity separation for this format? What lens
focal length is it designed for?
The common King Inn mount is of course approximately 81 x 132 outside
with 52.5 wide x 53 high apertures which are 62.3 on center. So it
sounds like the KI is only a little bit like the DIN standard. But
then, it meets a different need (twinned TLRs.) If I understand your
specifications, the DIN mount looks like:
|<-----------------------130.8 max------------------>|
____________________________________________________ __|______
| _____________________ _____________________ | _4.5__ |

| | | | | | | |
| | | | | | | |
| | | | | | 54 |
| | | | | | | |

| | | | | | | |
| | | | | | | |
| |_____________________| |_____________________| | __|__ |
|____________________________________________________| _______|_
7.4->| |<--------54--------->| |<- 8
(max)
Is this what the mount really looks like? I'm a little concerned about
the strength of the 5.4 mm section of the mount. What is the mount
material usually?
Thanks,
John B
