Duplicating a whole Realist format roll?

Has anybody had success getting a whole uncut roll of 35mm
Realist format Kodachrome duped? I'm not only having a problem finding
places that think they can do it, but once I find such a
place, they have other problems:
-they want to individually dupe each frame, however with
each frame being NOT a regular 35mm frame, they are confused.
-they don't know how to handle exposure differences between frames; the
prior point adds to this.
-one place wants 66 cents each frame (is this reasonable? This would be $37 a roll!!!).
-another place: $1 each frame; they dupe using an ordinary 35mm camera (now we're up to $56!)
Yes, I checked the products & services list, looking for "dup", "roll", and "copy"
and found nothing like this, only "slide duplication" (presumably one at a time).
Aiee! Help!
