Chuck, This lenticular collector thanks you :)  I really appreciate it when 
people post lenticular items they have seen so I can hunt them down!  Here is 
the phone number for the olympic games merchandise:  800-274-9600.  I did order 
the program (200 pages) for $9.95 + $3 shipping even though the guy on the other
end hadn't seen it yet so couldn't tell me if the cover was lenticular and no 
one else there knew either.  The program isn't even pictured on the web site 
either - only the expensive commemorative book is.  He said it will take 2-3 
weeks to arrive.

As an aside, I have noticed that there seem to be more lenticular items showing 
up in stores these days.  I was in Toys R Us and one of the Pocahontas doll sets
has a medallion in it with a lenticular image and I was out at Mall of America 
today and both hologram stores are now selling the large lenticular pictures 
like you used to get at Woolworth's, etc. - not just the small postcards.
