Re FED projectors

Elliot Swanson replied to my post about FED projectors but 115 Vac is still
not suitable for the UK220-240vac . As I have two projectors and hope to
use them together for dissolve could I connect them in series to get 130Vac
which is in the UK 220-240 Vac range. Also as I already have two FEDs I am
more interested in having them converted/doing it myself depending on what
is involved ,can anybody tell me what this entails .      P.J.Homer
