I checked that book out from the library once.  It was
great!  It has a lot of info on 3D movies through history, 
3D movie cameras that are (possibly) still available new,
and even a little bit on 3D and television.  About half of
the book is a list of close to all of the 3D movies ever made
with the process that was used, actors and actresses, a 
little about the plot, etc.
