Film cutters

Has anyone used the Wess "Multiformat Film Trimmer TT 2045"(p 48 latest 
catalog)

It has a completely clear plastic base and can cut film of 35mm to 4x5
format, with built in movable guides, and replaceable single edge blades. 
I wonder what it costs. I am about to do some 6x7 slide bar stereo
transparencies with a new/used Fuji 670, and of course my Polaroid film
cutter will be too small.  The Wess is the only manual cutter i have seen
with a completely clear base for putting on top of a light table.  Even
the Polaroid has an opaque cutting edge which can get annoying when trying
to second guess/inspect the variation in Kodak and Realist frame
spacing/overlap.
