For sheet polarizers you can check out this source:

They have listed in their catalog P/N's 20054 and 20395 .  These are grey
polarized plastic sheet 13 1/2" wide by any length.  The last price I have
listed is $7.50 per foot.  P/N 20054 has a 25% transmission, and 20395 has a
38% transmission.
