EMDE

I am posting this for Dennis Sherwood.  I have no connection with his company, I
am posting this because he does not have internet access and has asked me to
post it.

Due to a low level of sales, and the inability to finance the needed die
replacements, I have reluctantly decided to cease all operations.  There won't
be any more new EMDE stereomount components made, and I am going out of
business.
