Help! e-mail me info about Rochester! Also ? about photo-3d archives.

    Well I'm certainly acting like a typical `user' today.  You know, 
    "only tell me what I need to know when I need to know it".  The topic
    in this case is Rochester.  I had not been planning to go, so I've been
    ignoring all the chat about it.  Now I suddenly need to go and I
    haven't a clue when or where exactly it is.  Could some kind soul who
    has the info at their finger tips please e-mail the info directly to me
    (no sense cluttering up the list).  Yes I know there will not be a
    prayer of my finding a room and such - but I'm just going for a
    day-trip (a 10 hour drive round-trip day-trip that is).  I assume that
    since I'm going just to buy something, they will let me in at the door,
    right?  Thanks in advance for sending the info. I'll just have to hope
    that all the people who will have this info handy aren't all the same
    folks who will have already left for Rochester! ;^).

    On a somewhat related subject, before turning to the list for help I
    thought I'd just check the photo-3d archive.  What I found was:

Archive: photo-3d (path: /usr/users/server/archives/listproc/photo-3d) -- Files:
  dir (1 part, 0 bytes) 
  index (1 part, 0 bytes) 
  archive_9412 (1 part, 305963 bytes) 

    As you might guess from the name -- all that's in "archive_9412" is
    indeed the postings for December '94.  I take it archiving photo-3d
    traffic was a very short experiment.
