Even kodalux will process and return nudes. The guidelines that would
cause them to pull and examine closely are more than person in picture
and someone who looks underage or children in shot. Tastefully done nudes
have not been a problem. You might have trouble with smaller labs (are
there any 'smaller' labs left that do kodachrome?) because one person who
is offended by nudes might pull them plus employees in smaller labs
sometimes take
one or two for themselves or make copies. People at processing counters
also kill time by going through customers pix. A roll of unmounted film
or mounted stereo is just unusual enough to inspire curiousity. If they
feel their "community standard" is violated, you could unintentionally
add a few people with badges to your viewing audience.

Even here in San Francisco, where violating the 'community standard'
would require pyrotechnics, a swimming pool full of lime Jello, and a
violation of the endangered species act, a profesional photographer was
arrested because an employee at a professional lab called the police.

The safest way to get kodachrome done might be to buy the film with a
'kodak' mailer. It'll come back untouched by human hands.
