Help.. Removing Revere 33 top

Just got a great deal on a Revere camera, but somthing in the top is loose
and rattling around, and sometimes interferring with the advance.

I would like to fix it myself, but dont know how the top is attached. Can
anyone give me an idea on steps to take to remove the top and get at the
rangefinder.
