The text and spreadsheet for calculating maximum allowable camera 
separation based on maximum allowable on-film deviation are in the 
photo-3d anonymous ftp/web site.  The files haven't changed for a 
few weeks and the users seem happy so that's probably the way the 
files will stay for a while to come.  The spreadsheet is in Excel.  
There's a version for the Mac and a version for the PC.
