Wescon is the West Coast electronics meeting which alternates San Francisco 
and Los Angeles; Westercon is the West Coast Science Fiction Convention
which travels from city to city following some rules I never understood.

No conflict! Stereos of SF Fans in costume are striking. I think I sent
a lenticular print of a fairy princess taken at Baycon to Expo-2, 
wherever it may be. What we should do is arrange reciprocal membership
privileges for the two conventions. I gather some BASFA members are
already making plans.

As an aside, when people at the science fiction conventions comment
on my 4-lensed camera, I say "Bug-eyed monsters deserve a bug-eyed 
camera."
