Ray responds:

As a high-tech product consumer and 3D enthusiast myself, I share the same
concerns.  As the newest employee at VRex, I want to believe in the
integrety of both our company and our products.

Therefore, I brought Ruben's message to the company's president, so that  he
might address the matter directly.

I know that this group is sensative to the use of this forum as an
advertising medium for individual companies or products.  I am posting this
response purely because it answers questions raised here.  If anyone is
offended by my use of this space in this manner, I take complete
