You don't need to go through so much work to mount a single frame Realist 
format
chip, you can just slip them into a Pegco Robot format mount.  This does 
not, however,
provide for accurate window positioning.  If you need any, I have several 
extras, and
Reel-3D sells them as well.  Two Gepe mounts can be combined to provide the 
correct
format, and are more accurate for window positioning.
