Kodak Stereo problem

My Kodak Stereo camera has had an annoying problem ever since I've had it: The rewind
knob and film advance knob were very loose, and I was never quite brave enough to
tighten them, since the screws themselves seemed to not want to move. Well, with the
proper tools, I finally summoned the courage to tighten the screws. The winding knob
was not a problem- screw tightened/problem solved. The REWIND knob, however, is now
unattached, since I broke off the little screw holding it on! I was able to remove the
remaining part of the broken screw with a little patience, a spot of liquid wrench and a
small vise grip, but now I have the problem of trying to replace an odd sized screw from
a 40 year old camera.
If ANYONE has an suggestion as to where I might locate a replacement screw, I would be
eternally grateful! I realize that finding one will be next to impossible, but I
thought I'd give it a shot here, since there are so many knowledgable people reading
this. I will try all the local small hardware sources here locally, but since this is
such an odd sized screw, I have not yet found a suitable replacement.
Thank you for your help.
