Question about light and spot-meter

Hi:
I am looking for a used (dirt-cheap) light-meter ... or spot-meter,
but I have no clue about how much they go for ...

Can somebody give me an idea about what the cheapest price for
a used, very rudimentary light-meter would be ?

Can u find one for 30 $ ?? or am I dreaming ?

I would think that 1 of the kind that does not need batteries is not worth
much more than that ... I don t remember the technical term for those
(selenium cell ??? ) ... Are those any good or should I forget about it and
get a CdS cell ?

I would also be interested in knowing how much used spot meters go for ...
I also wonder if spot meters are used that much.
