I regularly do this, especially for leaf shutters, in which the
effective shutter speeds tend tend to vary widely as you stop down.
I'd be glad to print a shutter chart and laminate for you. I can make it
adhesive if you want to stick it to something. I, personally, don't
like to adhere them to the camera, but do what makes you feel good.
I might suggest that the chart includes-
Identifier for camera or lens. Last few #s of the serial # will do
if you have more than 1.
Date of testing
If leaf shutter shutter, test at more than one aperture, wide open
and f/16 or f/22.
If you live in a cold climate, chill the camera and retest. Add temp
variation to chart, if needed.
I'll be glad to do this for anyone on the list - until I reach my
saturation point or run out of postage money. :)
