Internet Moderator

We are looking for someone to be the "official" head of the Internet group
during the NSA Convention.  A real moderator that goes to the conventions on
a regular basis and would be willing to set up this meeting (really all it
means is to make sure the time and place are listed in the program and that
there is ice water set up in the room).  I know most of the @ meetings are
informal but it would sure help to have someone handle this function much as
Wolfgang and I do the View-Master meetings.  

Dr. T would probably be a good nominee...any others?
