Toeing in causes warpage of the reconstructed space, especially in macro
shots. The definitive paper on the subject was written by a countryman
of yours, Andrew Woods, who is unfortunately a continent away from you
in Perth.

The paper is available at Andrew's web site:
http://info.curtin.edu.au/~iwoodsa/

And at photo-3d's web site:
ftp://bobcat.etsu.edu/pub/photo/photo-3d/

Or, if you don't have web access, you can anonymous ftp from photo-3d's site:
ftp bobcat.etsu.edu
cd pub/photo/photo-3d/technical

The photo-3d copy is in Adobe Acrobat and Andrew's is probably in HTML?
