Viewmaster history

There is an excellent site with the history of the view-master at
http://ccwf.cc.utexas.edu/~number6/vm/index.html
The site is by Keith Baird. 
I verified from this site that the link to the view-master site
with the swap area at http://www.circa.com/viewmaster/index.html
which is run by World-Wide Slides had been given the rights to the
mail order market by VMI (viewmaster international) between 1981
and 1984. It seems even thou ownership has changed hands a few 
times since then , World-Wide Slides still has the rights, to the
mail order operation. My question is how are they affiliated to
Tyco and what other products does this company deal in. Maybe
they have the resources to make more adult material. 
Anybody on this group have any info on them.
Note their list of reels on the web site that they offer doesn't seem
to be very complete or up to date.
