A consortium should have bought the European operation before Tyco
disbanded it. It should have signed an agreement with Tyco *never* to
produce a reel intended for the children's market. My great fear is that,
when Tyco "restructures" to eliminate its less profitable subsidiaries,
the equipment will be destroyed. Isn't there a Gruber Foundation to help
with this? Surely Gruber must have foreseen this situation.
