Realist camera problem.

Hello;
	Is there someone out there who can help me with a problem 
(or at least a minor annoyance) I am having with my Realist pictures?
I am getting a small amount of overlap between the frames.  The 
amount of overlap varies so I assume that it is caused by something 
I am doing in winding on the film.  It is quite often a small enough 
overlap that it is hidden by the edges of the mount, but occasionally 
it is just obtrusive enough to spoil an otherwise OK picture.
	Are there any tips for techniques in winding that may help,
or is there something else I am doing wrong (in the film loading
perhaps)?
