Slide scanning

Hi, everyone,

I am thinking about purchasing a 35mm slide/filmstrip scanner and 
would like to see comments, positive or negative, about which 
scanner you are using.  The type I want to get would be the 
Microtek Scanmaketer 35T Plus at $749 or the Polaroid Sprint Scan 
35LE at $999.  I would also like to know if the bundled software 
allows you to get nice looking images from scanned negatives without 
having prints made from them.  Any problems experienced in running 
these devices under Windows 95?
