View-Master Images

I thank everyone for their responses to my search for images of the
different View-Master viewers.  I am still not sure of the answer to 
one of my questions:

Giorgio Natale suggests that there is a spheroidal VM viewer out there.
Is there in fact a ball shaped VM viewer, or is he confusing it with the very round (but not spheroidal) model H lighted viewer?  Or is he confusing it 
with the 90s lighted viewer, which has more than its share of curves, but 
is also non-spheroidal?

I will check into obtaining the book.  What could be more appropriate
than a book about View-Master viewers illustrated on View-Master reels?
Something tells me that it is going to run a pretty penny.  My son is 
hiding his piggy bank right now!
