WANTED:Case for Kodak

        Would anyone have a case for the Kodak, in excellent shape, that
they'd be willing to sell?

        I have just purchased a camera and tried buying a case from a US
used equipment place.  They wanted $21US for the case (great!) but wanted
another $19US for shipping!!!  After UPS handling charges, duty, and tax,
the case would've cost me at least $75CAN!

        Why do some places refuse to deal with US Post for small items?
Arrgh!
