That's the mount made by Steve Spicer in Australia.  He started out 
making them for his club, I believe.  He's the guy who organized the
stereo convention in Australia recently.  His mount is  very cleanly 
and accurately made of a really nice grade of carboard.  Not the 
crummy stuff you see everywhere.  Joel Alpers manufactures and sells 
them in the US.  He'll send you a sample(s) if you write him:

Actually, it's a whole series of mounts.  I use the 5-P, the 7-P, and
the medium format but there are a lot more.  I glue them shut for
strength.  The two layers glued together are very stiff, like a heat
seal but better cardboard.
 
I use them for most stuff and Albion for the better stuff but I would 
like to use the RBT mounts.  I've heard a lot of good things about EMDE
mounts but never used one.
