Re: Dr. T's Second Wedding...

Mike Aversa: Alan Lewis has covered my response, all I can do is
reinforce what he said: If we are looking for an alternative to
shooting weddings, then 3D prints is the way to go, no question
about it. If we are looking to supplement the wedding then either
3D prints or slides could be used. I choose slides because they are
easier for me to do. But the acceptance of stereo images has more
to do with other factors (i.e. who has the stereo gene vs. who does
not) as indicated by Alan Lewis' and Allan Carrano's postings.

I personally like Alan Lewis' ideas and if I was going to cover the
wedding all by myself, I would certainly consider 3D prints. Or
work harder to "sell" my 3D slides as a supplement. (Considering
what a wedding costs nowadays, the cost for 3D slides is just a
drop in the bucket...)

I don't think so Mike... People, like myself, express opinions and
preferences. Like Greg Wageman, I prefer slides for my own work but
collect stereo views for both their historic value and charm.
