I have a book (at home so forgive the spelling) tiled something like _Basic
problem solving for scientist and engineers_ by W.R. Bennet[sp] written in
1979 in which an entire chapter is devoted to Julesz and DIRDS including
algorythoms written in basic which use a teletype. along with other neat
stereo plotting of functions.
BTW this is the book that hooked me on stereo photography. My parents had a
reproduction Holmes veiwer. I typed in a few of these programs (anyone have
a 9 track 800bpi tape drive?). When I got bored with this I discovered how
to use an instamatic and a tripod to make my own really bad stereos.
