RE: Dr. T et all comment that slides would supplement prints. Others
thought prints and a print viewer better etc.

In the '50s when Realist was KING, Weddings were a big thing in stereo
and the presentation slide box and viewer were consider something deluxe
and special compared to a album of ordinary prints. It may be that color
was not so available then at a reasonable price or quality. Kodacolor
introduced in '46 took some years to get so it wouldn't fade and was
normal color. So whether a viewer and box of slides would sell today is
ia question? BobH
(The big hit of the viewer and box of slides was with casket salesmen,
the could show all the models life size in their little box of
stereogrammes!)
