Am I being censored? and...'accidental art'

It seems that only every second one of my messages is getting onto
the digest, including one particularily long-winded one this morning
(consider yourselves spared ;-). Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, on the topic of 'accidental art', I'd like to say that such
an animal DOES exist...although it does not necessarily mean that the
creator is an 'artist'. I happen to have a growing collection of truly
wonderful, inspiring photographs...which were never intended to be so, and
I am usually the only one who recognizes them as such. I usually come
across them when I'm at my girlfriend's parent's house, where one of her
family is passing around the latest snaps. Inevitably, at one point in the
stack, the photographer says "Oh, this one didn't turn out properly" and I
either ask for it save it from the trash. Now, usually I instantly agree
upon seeing the photo that it is a completely useless documentation of an
elbow or a violent blur from a car window, but every so often I am treated
to an absolutely exquisite image. One that for all it's blatent
'un-photogenic-ness' is truly wonderful. It is then added to my odd little
'gallery' of like images.

Again, a piece of 'accidental art', in my mind, does not mean the
creator is an artist. I believe that to be an artist you must KNOW how to
distinguish between your own successes and failures, as well as have
CONTROL over your abilities to re-create those successes.
