An Open letter To Dr. T

Dear Doc --
Well, my Realist Red-Button viewer came yesterday, and I've barely put it
down since. Keep telling everybody how remarkable this viewer is!!! Not only
did you repair the few cracks expertly, but the optics are just perfect -- SO
much better than my former viewer, a Star II-D, that I'll probably just leave
that one in the car for emergencies; I certainly won't be able to go back to
using it with any frequency. (Looks like I'll have to get another Red Button
as soon as I can afford it, as a back-up.) For one thing, the Star blurs the
images around the edges, where the Realist delivers full-frame clarity, and I
now know the VAST difference between glass achromats (RR-B) and plastic
lenses (Star). Plus, something that I don't see mentioned too frequently is
that with the Red Button, you have a lever to control the intraocular (?)
spacing, which has vastly improved some of my slides. Thank you, thank you,
thank you for this wonderful gadget!!!!!!!!
