A post-operation Dr. T. red-button is amazing, isn't it?  You almost hate to 
take off the plastic wrap and get finger prints all over it!

If one were to think about it, one might almost be driven to become 
a collector rather than a user for fear of touching such a thing of beauty.
Note I only said "almost"... mine's got finger prints all over it now 
(sorry George).   :-)
