There are a couple of programs that do this, but if you are "into" graphics, you
probably already have Photoshop or some other program (like CorelPhoto) which
allows manipulation of RGB channels individually, and that's all you really
need. Just replace the red channel of the right-eye image with the red channel
of the left-eye image and you're in business.
