Sure. Get a pair of cuticle clippers and trim out the pictures, then try to fit
them in a reel, then trim them some more and try them again, etc., etc., etc. Of
course, you'll butcher some of your best pictures, but in just a couple of hours
or so you might just get a reel put together.
