My two cents along the same lines...

"Natural" is never the single image pair we put in our viewers. Any
analysis into the cognitive sensory process starts with the notion that
these are real time processes which are in no meaningful way represented
by the reconstruction of a single recorded instance, stereo pair, plano
image, or otherwise.

In other words, if it ain't real time, it ain't "natural."
