Unlike George, I AM an "old-timer," having been interested in 3D for well over
40 years and being a subscriber to Photo-3D digest since it was somewhere in the
double digits. Naturally there is a recycling of discussion topics as new people
come on board and old-timers get back around to their favorite topics. But even
a rehashing of old business can often yield new information and ideas. There are
a couple of people on board who feel empowered to order a cessation of any
discussion that doesn't interest them personally, but most are content to wait a
minute until the subjects that do interest them, like the ring on the
merry-go-round, come around again.
