Yup, that's what I said.  I'm even heretical enough to argue that the usage
of "3D" to describe things like computer ray-tracing algorithms is
appropriate.  But "stereo" does by definition require two eyes.  Otherwise
you could refer to a regular movie as stereo, because any pair of frames
that incorporate a translation of the camera contain the same kind of
information...
